Where do you ship your whiskies?

We currently offer shipping to a wide range of international destinations. Please note that due to local alcohol legislation, there are some countries and US states where we cannot deliver directly.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched from our Islay warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to our courier's portal.

Is your packaging sustainable?

Yes, we are a B Corp certified distillery. We have removed secondary tin packaging from many of our ranges to reduce carbon emissions and use recyclable materials whenever possible.

What happens if my bottle arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please contact our customer service team within 14 days with photographic evidence, and we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

Are your spirits chill-filtered?

No. At Bruichladdich, we believe in maintaining the natural oils and flavors of the spirit, so all of our whiskies are non-chill filtered and coloring-free.

Can I visit the distillery for a tasting?

Absolutely. We offer various tour and tasting experiences at our home on the Rhinns of Islay. We recommend booking in advance through our website to secure your spot.
